The Arctic Eider Society was formed as a legacy to projects based on Nunavut's Belcher Islands in Hudson Bay, Canada, linking research, training, education and outreach during the International Polar Year. We are a registered charity incorporated federally as a not-for-profit organization, and are governed by a Board of Directors.
